JOIN THE COMPANY

In theatre a company is not a firm. It is everyone who makes the night happen, and ours is rebuilt around every production. Two ways in, technical and artistic. Here is what we recruit for, and what to send for each one.

Artistic roles

Always reading

Around nine hundred artists pass through our productions every year.

Original shows built from nothing, from musical revue to contemporary circus, with around thirty five performers on a single production and casts that rotate season by season. Costumes, characters and prosthetics are made in our own atelier, so a role is fitted to the person who plays it. The work is repeated night after night, in front of a room that changes every time.

Technical roles

Always reading

A show is a machine that has to behave the same way every night.

Lighting plots proven on a digital twin before a single fixture is hung, media servers driving LED surfaces and projection, audio across a full cast of radio microphones, scenery that moves under automation. Our productions travel between venues on land and at sea, so the rig is designed to be struck, shipped and raised again without losing a cue.

What the work looks like

Contracts run in seasons

Casts rotate every four to six months, and productions are renewed on a longer cycle.

The work travels

Venues on land and at sea, with shipping and crew movements handled across continents.

Paperwork is ours

Scouting is international. Visas, permits and travel are handled in house.

Your trade is not on the list?

A production is dozens of trades meeting on the same stage, on the same night, and the list above is only where we are looking hardest right now. Read what each department actually does, then write to us anyway.

We do not always have a post open. We always read.
